1. Before refitting, first measure his original power, and then roughly estimate the required electromagnetic heating power, which is generally 80% of the original power.
2. Remove the original heating coil. The power supply for the original heating coil is controlled by the on-off of the contactor. The electromagnetic heater does not need to be marked and the original load line and temperature control probe are marked so that they can be used later. When installing electromagnetic heating, the load lines correspond one by one.
3. Wrap the insulation cotton. This one should be careful and patient, wrap the thermal insulation cotton on the top of the barrel with a high temperature bandage, and keep the thickness of the thermal insulation cotton at 2.5CM under the premise of tightening. In terms of numerical value, it cannot be different from top to bottom, otherwise the control board will automatically stop working due to high or low operating frequency, which will also affect the service life of the control board.
4. Wind the magnet wire on the barrel. This is very important. The wire of a control board should be wound as tightly and tightly as possible. Do not let it loose. If it is loose, it will affect its inductance and thus affect the work of the control board.
5. Install the electromagnetic heating control board. OUT1 and OUT2 are connected to the heating coil; the soft-start signal line is connected to the normally open switch of the temperature controller.
6. Power-on debugging. When debugging, one controller is used for debugging. Generally, the current that controls it is about 55-60A.
7. Organize. When arranging, it should be noted that the outgoing wire of the controller cannot be tied with the probe wire of the temperature controller, so as to avoid the interference of the temperature controller and the inaccurate temperature measurement.
8 When using, the electromagnetic heater should be at least 10CM away from the wall, so as not to block the suction and exhaust ports.
Be careful not to let metal wires or other metal substances and other debris be sucked into the electromagnetic heater.
