1. 95% of the power consumption is converted into working heat energy.
The coil loss is ≈ 2%, and the control unit loss is ≈ 2%. The insulation layer can retain 98% of the energy on the barrel.
2. Only the barrel is heated while the screw remains cool.
3. The inertia phenomenon of heating is eliminated, and the heating and cooling is rapid and efficient.
4. Heating has no dead angle, and the whole barrel is heated evenly.
5. The solenoid remains cool, so it has a long service life.
